technet.co.ke is a static website. We do not set cookies, run analytics, load third-party scripts or fonts, or use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection data (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
Information you send us
The contact form only prepares an email in your own mail application; nothing is sent from the page itself. When you email us, we use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for those purposes or as the law requires, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
Email and client systems
Client mailboxes and data we host are processed on our behalf under the instructions of the client. Systems are protected with access controls, encryption in transit, and encrypted backups.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to admin@technet.co.ke.
